RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. FINAL ACQUISITION & R&D CLASSIFICATION

All transactions conducted through HUMANARTY Limited (HK) are classified as Final Sales. Due to the high value, unique nature, and specialized Art Tech R&D classification of our assets, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or "change of mind" refunds.

2. EXEMPTION FROM WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with standard international trade for bespoke and unique goods, all works are prepared for shipment as custom orders. This includes specialized crating, custom authentication, and export documentation. As such, these items are exempt from standard consumer withdrawal periods.

3. PRE-DISPATCH INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

To ensure merchantable quality under the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance:

• Condition Report: All works are subject to a mandatory digital condition report (high-resolution photography/video) provided to the Buyer prior to dispatch.

• Formal Acceptance: Shipment is strictly contingent upon the Buyer’s written approval of the Condition Report. Once approval is granted and the work is collected by the carrier, the Buyer accepts the item "as-is" and waives all rights to future claims regarding the description or visible condition of the work.

4. NO CANCELLATIONS

Once a payment, deposit, or R&D sponsorship is processed, the transaction is legally binding and cannot be cancelled.

5. TRANSIT DAMAGE

Responsibility for insurance rests with the Buyer. In the event of transit damage, the Buyer must notify HUMANARTY within 48 hours to facilitate insurance documentation.

This website (humanarty.org) is owned and operated by HUMANARTY Limited, a private company limited by shares and registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
